Our philosophy is simple yet powerful: No two startups have identical needs, so they shouldn’t receive identical support. Instead of a preset model, we adapt our structure to fit each startup’s unique requirements.

This flexibility manifests in several ways:

• Customized Engagement Duration: We commit for as long as our value addition remains meaningful, whether that’s six months or three years. We enjoy working with our companies and have no pressure to add more organizations every year – so our focus doesn’t reduce!
• Tailored team extension: We identify each startup’s specific and evolving constraints and extend their team accordingly – from helping them establish product market fit, build a business plan, hire the right team, to get the right connects in the Industry, pretty much anything.
• Patient Right Capital: We believe that companies working on fundamental technologies need very patient capital. We help our companies raise the right amount of extremely patient capital. We also invest in our incubated startups early in their journey as one of our ways to support them establish their feet.
• Founder first approach:Everything that we do at Giraffe is to make it easier for the founders to achieve their goals. This includes but is not limited to a collaborative and supportive office environment, brainstorming strategy, access to clients, vendors, experts, administrative overheads or sometimes just a good sounding board.
